The Hillsboro Optimists entered into a partnership with the Northwest Bicycle Safety Council, a non-profit organization that encourages bicycle safety and education. Optimist members help volunteer at the safety events and provide a smiling face for children as they learn safety on the road.
These programs are set at local schools and shopping centers in the Hillsboro, Portland-Metro Area. More information will be can be found at www.nwbicyclesafetycouncil.org.
