Against all odds, two Hillsboro Optimists visited the Beaverton Mob. Begging and crawling, they retrieved the Hillsboro Gravel (which was presented in as a bag of wood chips).
While leaving the building, it is rumored that one of the Hillsboro Optimists stole the Beaverton Gavel by removing it from the pocket of the stunned Beaverton President and simply walking off.
