Notes from the 4/1 Meeting

At the Primrose and Tumbleweed. We had a good turnout for the social meeting on 4/25 (left). Tammi was able to report that we received our check from the Optimist foundation for our golf fundraiser ($3900.00). 

Tony & Bruce Show: A Brief History of Firearms. Optimist Bruce Rumsch and Optimist Tony Montes brought in a selection from their collections and provided us with an oral summary of each weapon’s history. It was a great presentation and went into overtime. No loud bangs were involved.

Still More. Sue Horton had a birthday; and she told us she got 70 presents. We didn’t make her sing (whazzup wit dat?). Little Newton paid a visit; he brought his mom Sarah. I noticed that Little Newton didn’t wear his hat or his pin. Sounds like a fine to me….
