A Thank You From Aishwayra Vardhana

     Aishwayra Vardhana, daughter of Hillsboro Optimist Club member Ananda Vardhana visited the club this morning to thank Optimist International as well as the Hillsboro Optimist Club for their support of her over the years.
     Aishwayra may be remembered as a former Oratorical contest winner and contestant, as well as a former Essay contest winner and contestant.
     Now in her freshman year at Stanford, she is enjoying the challenge of her academics, the fun of her rowing sports career, and the experience that participating in Optimist events has given her.
     Aishwayra will return to Stanford after the Christmas break, during which she will be helping at Hillsboro Optimist volunteer events.
